Total Satisfaction Guarantee

The Swenson Group, Inc. guarantees that you will be completely satisfied with any product you buy or lease from us. If you are not completely satisfied we will, at your request, replace the product without charge with an identical model or, at our option, a product with comparable features and capabilities. This guarantee is effective for 3 years, or the term of the lease, as long as we have been contracted to continuously maintain the product, unless the product is damaged by an act of God.
